Our graduation show is coming in 5 days. We are working extra hard on our songs. The children are looking forward to seeing you, especially the Kangaroo class.
For Phonics class, we worked on Z-z –zebra, zoo, zipper and zigzag. We also learned a new phonics rhyme.
*The busy bee zips from flower to flower,
*Sometimes in a zig-zag manner,
*why don’t you zip like a busy bee does,
*Making the “z” sound as you buzz?
*zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Jae is the most enthusiastic student during dancing and singing rehearsals. She can’t wait to show her parents our dance.
Christine seemed a bit tired during the week. She often complains about her sore throat and the condition of the weather.
Leetrue whined that August kept touching him during rehearsal. He got so scared by a Transformer’s mask in the afternoon.
Tanya is hilarious while she is dancing. She doesn’t lift up her legs while she is moving. We all said she is a robot.
Ellie was a little lost during practice. She was so curious about the stage that we were using to practice on Wednesday.
Dora has been eating incredibly slowly these last few days, due to a sore throat. She seems to not have completely recovered from her flu.
August likes to perform in front of crowds. I am really hoping he won’t have stage fright like our last Christmas show.
Henry learned to tattle tell from the other kids. Now he complains, “Dora touched my water bottle.” Or “Jason touched me.”
Jason likes to sneak out to play with the Thomas train when he is supposed to wash his hands. Finally, he learned his lesson on Wednesday. He washed his hands without a reminder on Thursday,
Casper tried very hard to sing loudly (almost like a scream out of his lungs) when we were practicing. I once paused the music and told them that they were not singing. Casper replied “T. Angel, you said sing loudly earlier!” I replied, “I didn’t not ask you to scream, guys.”
Mia joined the Kangaroo class since Monday. She is very outgoing and friendly toward her peers. She is also very independent. She loves to sing and dance during morning circle. We are glad to have her onboard.
