Dear Parents,
Well this year is coming to a close and we are all getting ready for the holiday break. I am very proud of how well all of them have done throughout this whole semester and I have high hopes for them in the coming one. I feel that they have all made great progress and I look forward to seeing what they will accomplish next year!
This week we got through some of the Phonics, Science, Social Studies and Math material. I was happy to see how efficiently they all worked. We also worked on our New Year's Dragons for Arts and Crafts class, they are all turning out great so keep up the good work and we should be finished next week and they will be able to take them home to show all of you.
Individual Comments:
Hank: I hope he starts feeling better soon so we can have him back in class!
Marcus: He was perfect this week! He is doing a good job at maintaining his friendships.
Adam: He was a little out of focus this week, I'm not sure what was going on but I could see that he wasn't fully there during work time.
Ethan: He produced a good amount of work and his attitude was great this week. I would like to see him work on his crafts a little more carefully though.
Patrick: The same goes for him, I need him to focus a little more on the task at hand during arts class.
Rain: He actually worked very hard this week and his dragon craft is really coming along.
Terry: He needs more confidence in making decisions and being self motivated to try... I think he's a bit afraid to make a mistake.
Paige: Great work this week and she's really being patient and doing her art project very well.
Emily: She really seemed to enjoy the field trip very much. I also appreciate all of your help on Tuesday as well, so thank you.
Joyce: She has been a little absent minded this week and I hope she can start to adjust the flightiness and focus a bit more.
I hope everyone had a great time on the field trip and I look forward to the next one, let's hope it will be as successful as this one was. Have a great weekend and I'll see all of you bright and early Monday morning.
