Dear Parents,
Well this was a long one and next week as well as we make the push to New Year's. Due to the extra days off we have had to make up on Saturday two weeks in a row and I for one feel for the kids. We did get quite a lot done and this week was a very productive one. We covered a lesson in all of the subjects as well as the workbook writing pages as well. We got around to doing a New Year's themed craft as well, which was fun for the kids to complete.
Next week will also be a productive one I anticipate. If this week was any indication of how well they can produce work then I have full confidence that we will be ale to make some real progress before the end of the year. So keep up the good work guys and we will be right on schedule going into next year.
Individual Comments:
Hank: I know he has been feeling not well, I hope he starts to feel better soon. Good to see you back in class though
Ethan: Nice work this week, keep it up little man and good things will happen.
Marcus: He produced a great deal of work this week and he was right on par with his behavior as well.
Adam: Good job at focusing better this week. Keep up that kind of attitude.
Patrick: Very steady participation and he had a very high level of production this week. I am proud of how well he's doing.
Terry: I hope he feels better soon.
Rain: I am happy to report that he's done a lot better these past couple of weeks and there have been no big problems since that one outburst.
Paige: Thank you for being so helpful all of the time. Very positive attitude as well.
Emily: Great job at remaining independent this week. She's a real go getter and I'm proud of how well she's doing.
Joyce: She's actually speaking out a lot more recently and it's starting to to get to the point where I don't even need to prompt her.
I hope everyone enjoys their short weekend and stays dry and I'll see all of you bright and early Monday morning.
